Jerry Hernandez started this company in December 2016 with a truck, a set of winding bars, and a stubborn belief that this industry could be done honestly. Ten years later, that's still the whole business plan.
The story
Why Jerry went out on his own
Before 2016, Jerry worked for the other kind of garage door company — the kind with quotas, commission spiffs, and a script for turning a $200 spring call into a $900 invoice. He hated it.
So he left and did the opposite: a small, family-run operation out of San Pedro Ave with flat pricing, straight answers, and his own name on the work. No call centers, no subcontractors — the person who answers the phone is the person who knows what your door needs.
Today the crew serves all of San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country, seven days a week. Same phone number, same promise.

You approve a flat, all-in price before any work starts. No trip-fee surprises, no invented parts, no commission-driven upsells — if it doesn't need fixing, we'll say so.

Show up like we said we would
On time, in the window we promised, seven days a week. A garage door failure scrambles your whole day; the fix shouldn't scramble the next one too.

Fix it so it stays fixed
Springs sized to the actual door weight, cables replaced in pairs, balance tested before we leave. Doing it right the first time is the cheapest way to do it.

Clean work, honest advice, old parts hauled away. Most of our business is repeat customers and their neighbors — that only happens one way.
